Cruiser Club

Take a LEFT out Lake Valhalla parking lot.
Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main Road ( Route 202 North ).
Follow 202 North to first traffic light and turn RIGHT onto Route #287 South
Follow #287 South to Route 80 West ( Exit 41B )
Take Route 80 West to Route 15 North (Exit 34B) toward Sparta
Proceed North on Route 15 for about 8.8 miles to Sparta-Lake Mohawk exit
Exit Route 15 and follow circle all the way around to the RIGHT to Route 181 North
Proceed North about 2 miles through Sparta
Watch for "Lake Mohawk" sign and veer to the LEFT
Make a LEFT turn onto East Shore Trail
Follow for about 3 miles (around the Lake)
Look for tennis court and pool off to your RIGHT
Turn RIGHT into the parking area
The meet is held in the pool

Follow 202 North to second traffic light and turn LEFT onto Route #287 North
287 North to exit 55 toward CR 511/Wanaque/Pompton Lks.
Turn right onto Ringwood Ave (3.9miles)
This road becomes Greenwood Lake Turnpike (2.5miles)
Turn right onto SKYLANDS Road (NOT Skyline Drive)
Turn left onto CUPSAW AVE. (.1mile)
Turn right at the lake onto CUPSAW DRIVE (.8miles)
Entrance to the lake is on the left side, #185 Cupsaw Drive

208 North to 287 South
Take Skyline Drive Exit #55 toward Ringwood
Bear right on the ramp and get onto SKYLINE DRIVE (4.8miles)
Go straight through the first STOP sign
Bear right to the next STOP sign, (reservoir will be directly in front of you)
Turn right onto Rt 511
Take first right onto SKYLANDS Road (.8miles)
Turn left onto CUPSAW AVE. (.1mile)
Turn right at the lake onto CUPSAW DRIVE (.8miles)
Entrance to the lake is on the left side, #185 Cupsaw Drive

Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main Road ( Route 202 North).
Follow 202 North to second traffic light and turn LEFT onto Route #287 North
Follow 287 North to Skyline Drive / Ringwood ( Exit 57 )
At end of ramp turn LEFT onto Skyland Drive.
Follow Skyland Drive to Erskine Road, Turn RIGHT onto Erskine Road
(St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church across the street )
Take the first RIGHT turn onto Lakeview
Take the 7th RIGHT onto Upper Lake road
Parking lot is on the LEFT.

Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main Road ( Route 202 North).
Follow 202 North to second traffic light and turn LEFT onto Route #287 North
Follow 287 North to Route #23 North (Exit 52B)
Take Route #23 North to La Rue Road Exit
(This exit is 7 miles past Boonton Ave./Rt. 23 intersection)
Turn LEFT at exit to cross Rt. 23 and turn LEFT AGAIN onto Rt. 23 South
Make first RIGHT onto Green Pond Road
Travel 3 miles and make first RIGHT onto Johnson Road
Continue STRAIGHT through stop sign (road bends to the left)
Pass tennis courts and park in the lot.
The Lake will be in front of you. Walk to the left along the road towards the beach and docks.

Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.

Follow 202 North to second traffic light and turn LEFT onto Route 287 North
Follow 287 North to Route 23 North ( Exit 52B )
Continue on Route 23 North for many miles
Go past Reservoir Road and turn RIGHT onto Canistear Road exit.
Go under the train tressle and travel approximately 8 miles off Route #23.
Turn LEFT onto Breakneck Road
( small grocery store accross the street and Gulf station on the corner )
( Continue past the Church on the right, Ambulance Squad on the left )
Lake parking lot will be on the LEFT.

Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main Road ( Route 202 North).
At SECOND traffic light turn LEFT onto Route 287 North
Go to Exit 59 ( 208 South )
Go to 1st Exit on 208 ( High Mt. Road )
Make LEFT at stop sign ( onto High Mt. Road )
Go approx. 2 miles to 2nd Blinking Light
Turn RIGHT onto Franklin Lakes Road
Entrance to Club is on LEFT ( across from Exxon station )

*** IF YOU MISS THE FIRST EXIT ONTO HIGH MT. ROAD ****
Get off at the Ewing Ave. exit in Franklin Lakes
Make a RIGHT at the stop sign at the end of the ramp.
Proceed about 1 mile until the traffic light.
Turn LEFT onto Franklin Road.
Proceed straight until the Circle.
Go HALFWAY around the circle and continue on Franklin Road.
(The Market Basket is on the right)
Make a LEFT at the Indian Trail Club sign shortly after the big field on the left.

Take a LEFT out Lake Valhalla parking lot.
Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main Road ( Route 202 ).
Follow 202 past train station and turn RIGHT at light (4th traffic light?, under the bridge )
Turn LEFT at traffic light ( Towaco Fire House in front of you ) and continue on 202.
Proceed STRAIGHT at the next traffic onto Main Street.
At the next traffic light, BEAR LEFT onto Comly Road
(over the Lincoln Park Veteran's Memorial Bridge )
Follow Comly Road as it makes a 90' bend to the right.
At the diamond in the road, turn LEFT onto Ryerson Road.
( The Lake is on your right )
Turn RIGHT into the Lake parking lot.

Take a LEFT out Lake Valhalla parking lot.
Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn RIGHT onto Main Road ( Route 202 ).
      Follow 202 past The Montville Inn, past Harrigans, past the Bowling alley (202/Myrtle Ave),
      past Wooton Street to Main Street, Boonton
Turn RIGHT onto Main Street
      Proceed STRAIGHT through the traffic light at Boonton Aveune (stay on Main).
      Bear LEFT and continue over the bridge
      Bear LEFT at the Shell station (Dell's Vilage / KING's on your right)
      Continue STRAIGHT onto the Boulevard (through stone pillars)
Continue STRAIGHT on the Boulevard for about 2 miles (to the first traffic light)
At the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Pocono Road
Take the third RIGHT (Arden road)
Follow signs/traffic to "swimmers drop-off"
After drop-off, look for legal parking along the side streets.

Take a LEFT out Lake Valhalla parking lot.
Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main Road ( Route 202 North).
Follow 202 North to second traffic light and turn LEFT onto Route #287 North
Follow #287 North to Route #23 South ( Exit # 52A )
Continue on Route #23 South past Ratzer Circle to Packanack Lake Road
      (pass Bradlees on left, pass Wayne Manor on right )
      (pass Packanack-Wayne shopping center on left)
      (go throught traffic light and make U-Turn on right)
Take U-Turn and continue accross Route #23 on Packanak Lake Road.
Travel on Packanack Lake Road to the "triangle".
Bear to the LEFT and continue on Packanack Lake Road.
Lake parking lot will be on the RIGHT.

Turn LEFT onto Main road ( route 202 ).
Follow 202 past train station and continue STRAIGHT at light
Turn LEFT onto Jacksonville Road (just before the "Dead End" sign)
Follow Jacksonville Road until it ends on the Newark Pompton Turnpike
(pass Jacksonville Chapel, pass Lincoln Park airport )
(continue straight through traffic lights until road ends with Catholic Church in front of you )
Turn LEFT onto the Newark Pompton Turnpike.
At traffic light turn RIGHT onto Alexander Avenue.
Continue over the RailRoad tracks and turn LEFT into the Pequannock Valley Park.
Park in the parking lot at end of road.

Take a LEFT out Lake Valhalla parking lot.
Turn RIGHT onto Valhalla road.
Turn LEFT onto Main road ( route 202 ).
Follow 202 North to second traffic light and turn LEFT onto Route #287 North
287 North to exit 52A - Route 23 South
Take Route 23 South Exit at Jackson Avenue going East.
Jackson Avenue will turn into Pompton Plains Crossing.
Make a left at the second light onto Black Oak Ridge Rd.
At the next light make a left onto the Hamburg Turnpike.
At the next traffic light make a right onto Terhune Drive.
      (There is a CVS pharmacy on the corner. If you pass the falls you went to far)
Make your first right onto Colfax Avenue.
Make your second left onto Vale Road.
At the stop sign make a right onto Pines Lake Drive West.
Continue for about a mile.
      (You will pass the Pines Lake Elementary School on your right.)
Make your second left onto Balsam Rd.
      (If you get to the bottom of the hill and go over a bridge you went to far.)
Take Balsam Rd to the lake.
Park either in the parking lot or on the side roads.

Turn RIGHT onto Taylortown road ( Montville Firehouse on corner ).
Go to Boonton Ave and turn RIGHT onto Boonton Ave.
Past Boonton Ave field turn LEFT onto Fayson Lakes Road.
Go to end of Fayson Lakes road.
Turn RIGHT onto Kinnelon Road ( for about 100 yards )
Turn LEFT onto Stonehouse Road ( Restaurant on corner )
Go 1/2 mile to Smoke Rise gate and get a map help you follow these directions to the lake:

IN THE SMOKE RISE CLUB TO THE LAKE
Stop at the gate and tell the guard you are from Lake Valhalla and you are here for a swim meet.
Continue through the East Gate and go STRAIGHT on [East Gate Road]
Go around the corner and BEAR RIGHT onto [Stone House Road]
Stay to the LEFT on [Perimeter Road]
(go past the Horse Riding Field on the left and the playground/ballfield on the right )
Follow Perimeter Road past the tennis courts and BEAR LEFT onto [The Crossway]
Follow The Crossway until it ends
(be careful NOT to turn onto 'Brush Hill Road' - stay to the left)
The Crossway ends on [East Shore Drive] (you should see the Lake through the trees)
Turn LEFT onto [East Shore Drive]
The Lake parking lot is on the RIGHT.
park your car and walk down to the beach.

Turn LEFT at traffic light ( Towaco Fire House in front of you ) and continue on 202.
At the next traffic light BEAR RIGHT and continue on Route 202 North
    (Continue past Wolfson's Corner Market,
     over the railrod tracks and under the overpass for Route 23)
Turn LEFT after the Ramapo Bank onto Parish Drive
About 100 yards turn RIGHT into P.A.L. Drive
     ( do not drive over the bridge )
Continue through the parking lot until you come to the Lake.

Turn RIGHT onto Echo Lake Road
Follow Echo Lake Road until it ends (T-intersection/ stop sign)
Turn LEFT at 'T' and follow road (Macopin Road) for a couple miles to "Bubbling Springs Park"
(the Club will be on your right)
Turn RIGHT into park.

At the bottom of the ramp make a RIGHT.
Proceed past the Mobil station (on right) and at the traffic light make a RIGHT turn.
Go up the hill, at the "Welcome" sign BEAR RIGHT.
Go about 1 mile to the stop sign, proceed STRAIGHT through the intersection.
About 1 mile the parking lot will be on the LEFT.
